When you arrive at Wishmas, you’ll be greeted by our Wishmakers who will provide you with a wristband corresponding to your ticket type.
Following that, there will be a security bag check to ensure no prohibited items are brought into the experience.
Before embarking on the adventure, you have the opportunity to drop items in the cloakroom and use the toilets.
